Last week, QACI held its induction ceremony for students engaged in the Brilliant Futures and Bright Minds programs. Families had the opportunity to learn more about QACI's opportunities for highly capable learners. This ceremony served as an official welcome to QACI, and provided an opportunity to display fabulous works completed by our Brilliant Futures students over the holidays.
In true QACI culture, our guests enjoyed performances by Year 11 Theatre and Music students to showcase the amazing talents of those who attend this school. Isabella in Year 11 sung a beautiful rendition of 'For the First Time in Forever' from Frozen, and Alexa, Bianca, Nyah, and myself performed an excerpt from the play Macbeth, with the famous scene with the witches and Macbeth. Year 12 singers Ada and Irene performed stunning jazz in the foyer, creating a lively atmosphere for families to mingle and enjoy refreshments after the official ceremony.
Overall, the Induction Ceremony was a massive hit, and the families left our campus (after snacking, of course) with bright-eyed children who could not wait to come back for their next adventure.
