Whilst not imitating the stereotypical nature of a state school environment, Queensland Academies Creative Industries (QACI) opened its 7 storey state-of-the-art purpose-designed campus in 2007. Located in Kelvin Grove Urban Village within 2km of inner-city Brisbane, students enjoy campus life in a multicultural village environment with shared green, business and education spaces co-located in the Queensland University of Technology creative industries precinct.
