Year 10 SETPlan
We look forward to meeting with Year 10s and their families in the upcoming Senior Education and Training (SET) Plan conferences.
Participation in these conferences is compulsory in Queensland for each Year 10 student and their parent/carer.

The conferences will occur on Wednesday 10 June at 8:30am – 3:30pm, with each student allocated 15 minutes. Students and parents/carers will meet with either the student’s IBL teacher, the Year 10 YLC Amy Watson or the Year 10 Guidance Officer Katrina Hill who will guide the process alongside each student.
Parents have the option to attend in person or join the meeting online using the Microsoft Teams application. You will need to download the app to your device before your scheduled appointment.
From 6pm Friday 29 May we will be able to book a conference (one per student) for a time that suits you. Bookings are essential and close Monday 8th June 7:00am.
How to book your interview
- Click HERE to go to the “Booked” booking system
- Click Obtain PIN/Password and enter your email address. (This must be the address previously supplied to QACI).
- Your PIN will be emailed to you. The email you receive will include a link that can be clicked on to log straight into “Booked”, bypassing the login screen. Alternatively return to the “Booked” system home page, select Login and enter your Surname/login and PIN/Password as provided in the email.
Process on the Conference Day
Meeting via Teams
- Please ensure the Teams app has been downloaded on your device.
- Log into Booked 5 minutes before the scheduled meeting time, click the link in your conference schedule to join the Teams lobby / waiting room.
- our student’s teacher will then ‘let you in’ at the correct time. This link will not be available to see or access until 15 minutes before your scheduled conference.
Meeting in Person
- Please sign in on Level 2, 5 minutes prior to your scheduled conference time.
- Please remain on Level 2 where a member of staff will welcome you and your student for your scheduled conference.

Please remember that links to conferences are via the BOOKED online booking system (not your email confirmation). Parents/carers will need to login again on the day to access online conferences.
