Today, Dylan is Design Lead at Idealworks, a company he helped spin out of BMW Group, where he works at the intersection of design, technology and innovation. Based in Munich, he leads teams developing solutions in fields including artificial intelligence, human-machine interaction and simulation technologies. 
 
Dylan's journey reflects the power of combining creative thinking with a global mindset. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to understanding complex challenges, bringing together diverse perspectives and designing solutions that have real-world impact.
