Savannah Pingol - Class of 2014
I was a 2014 QACI
graduate and am currently a third-year student at the University of Queensland
studying a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Spanish and International Relations.
My interest in Spanish evolved from studying the language at QACI, and I continue
to enjoy expanding my skills with the hope to go on exchange to Mexico in 2018.
I also have a passion for learning about international development and
volunteer with Oxfam as a Fundraising Administration Assistant once a week.
As I studied film at
QACI, I thrive in a creative environment and conduct film workshops with my
sister Mateuse Pingol for prospective QACI students, where we introduce the
students to Adobe Premiere Pro and help them to create film trailers. I
currently work as a casual employee at a vegan restaurant in North Lakes, which
cultivates my interest to explore ethical ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
