Year 10 Senior Education and Training (SET) Plan Conferences
Year 10 SETPlan Conferences have been scheduled for Year 10 students on Wednesday 5 June 8:30am - 3:30pm.
Participation in these conferences is compulsory in Queensland for each Year 10 student and their parent/carer.

The conferences will occur on Wednesday 5 June 8.30am to 3.30pm, with each student allocated 15 minutes. Students and parents/carers will meet with the student’s IBL teacher who will guide the process. Parents have the option to attend in person or join the meeting online using the Microsoft Teams application. You will need to download the app to your device before your scheduled appointment.
Regular classes are scheduled for this day with students leaving class to attend their scheduled SET Plan meeting with their IBL Teacher.
Please note that Maiko Sharp will be replacing Jeremy Barbe, Kym Barrett will be replacing Sue Jones and Erin Geddes will be replacing Amy Watson until 1.30pm for these conferences.
As of Monday 13 May, 6pm you will be able to book a conference (one per student) for a time that suits you. Bookings are essential and close Monday 3 June, 9:00am.
How to Book your interviews
Bookings can be made online using the PTOnline booking system from 6:00pm Monday 13 May. Bookings will close at 9:00am Monday 3 June. Individual teacher conference time slots are limited to 15 minutes per student. The earlier you can book, the more options you will have.
Please access the PTOnline booking system as follows:
- Click HERE to go to the PTO booking system.
- Bookings are unable to be made before the scheduled opening time of 6pm, Monday 13 May.
- On the login page, click “Obtain PIN/Password” and enter your email address. (This must be the email address previously supplied to QACI).
- Your PIN will be emailed to you. The email you receive will include a link that will log you into PTO.
- After login and when prompted please select either:
- In Person - attend at QACI for a face-to-face conference or,
- Online - Teams Meeting for an online Teams conference
- Parents / Carers can book a 10-minute conference time with each teacher using the PTOnline booking system.
Conference Process On the Day
Meeting via Teams:- Please ensure the Teams app has been downloaded on your device.
- Log into PTOnline 5 minutes before the scheduled meeting time, click the link in your conference schedule to join the Teams lobby / waiting room.
- Your student’s teacher will then ‘let you in’ at the correct time. This link will not be available to see or access until 15 minutes before your scheduled conference.
Meeting in Person:
- Please sign in on Level 2, 10 minutes prior to your scheduled meeting time.
- You will then proceed to Level 4 where you will be assisted to meet with your student and IBL teacher.
