Queensland Academies Creative Industries (QACI) is a selective entry independent state high school attracting a diverse range of students with shared attributes and interests. QACI learners seek a rich and integrated academic curriculum and collaborative learning experiences. Our students study towards an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma - an internationally recognised pre-university level qualification, enabling learners to work toward achievements based on merit in a non-competitive environment.

Through the integrated IB Diploma curriculum and the range of Group 6 arts subjects, students explore their potential in Dance, Music, Visual Arts, Design Technology, Theatre, and Film, flourishing in a culture that fosters creative and critical thinking, innovation and enterprise. Students develop university research skills and gain opportunities for real life industry experience and involvement across all industry sectors.
