Congratulations to all of our 2021 International Baccalaureate Graduates from QACI.
Amazing results! Amazing students!
Today we shine a spotlight on Felix who attained an International Baccalaureate score of 45 (ATAR equivalent 99.95).
A maximum score of 45 can be achieved by students when they study the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Students study six subjects with a maximum score of 7. They must also complete all three components of the inner core - Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS), Extended Essay (EE) and Theory of Knowledge (TOK) with 3 bonus points attributed via an intersecting grade matrix for TOK and EE*.
Felix received the Sir Samuel Griffith Scholarship and aspires to work as a feature film director/cinematographer.
In Year 12, Felix received the QACI Creative Innovation Vision Award (CIVA), and subject firsts in Film HL, Physics HL and Psychology SL. He consistently achieved Academic Excellence awards throughout Years 10, 11 and 12.
"The greatest opportunity that QACI provided me was the ability to work with and connect with like-minded people to carry out many personal and school related creative projects. The resources that QACI provides were also instrumental in allowing me and other students to have creative freedom when making films or any other creative work."
