Creative Generation OnStage QACI Representation

15/05/2018
QACI students during rehearsals
In its 14th year, the Creative Generation - State Schools Onstage gives students the opportunity to be involved in a professional external performance with like-minded peers of their talent and skill.
QACI has a large representation of talent as we congratulate 20 students who are involved in the event this year.

Students undertake a rigorous audition process with multiple audition rounds to gain their place. Of particular noteworthy is that there are just 7 backing vocalists in the performance who sing for the entire show and 5 of these vocalists are from QACI this year.

The Creative Generation - State Schools Onstage is rewarding for students as a celebration of creativity, and student involvement at all levels.

Along with the show's assistant conductor, none other than our Music Educator Kate Freeman, the QACI students involved this year are:

Mary-Helen Buchan - featured vocal soloist
Louie Pandolfi - featured vocal soloist
Chris Perlinski - featured vocal soloist
Lauren Towns - featured vocal soloist
Melissa Clarke - backing vocalist
Reuben Johnson - backing vocalist and featured piano soloist
