On Wednesday 30 March as part of the 2017 Myriad Festival – a Queensland Government Advance Queensland Initiative. Sanoop Luke (YouTube) and Anouk Wipprecht visited students and staff at Queensland Academies Creative Industries Campus for an interactive whole of school assembly. Students and staff were entertained and inspired by the work and passion shared by our special guests.
Anouk Wipprecht is a designer and innovator working in the emerging field of “FashionTech”, a unique combination of fashion design, engineering, robotics, science and UX that makes fashion an experience that transcends mere appearances. Partnering up with companies such as Intel, AutoDesk, Google, Microsoft, Cirque Du Soleil, Audi, and 3D printing company Materialise, Anouk researches how our future would look as we continue to embed technology into what we wear.
