3.    Spanish – Permanent (Part time)

An exciting opportunity exists for outstanding teachers wishing to teach the state’s high achieving students at the Queensland Academies in 2010.

The Academies offer a specialised three year enriched senior secondary education program (Yr 10 to Yr 12) that is comprised of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program and enrichment experiences through collaborative arrangements with university and industry partners.

Applicants with knowledge, training and experience in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program and the education of bright students, as well as the capacity to teach in the subject areas listed will be highly regarded.

Applicants must have formal, tertiary training, be able to attain Queensland College of Teachers registration and teaching experience in at least one of the following –
