Student/Parent –Teacher Interviews

Parent-Teacher interviews will be conducted on the following dates :-

Year 10 Only            Thursday 18 April 2.00 pm - 8.00 pm

Year 11 and 12         Monday 22 April 2.00 pm - 8.00 pm

All Years                   Tuesday 23 April 2.00 pm - 6.30 pm

Interviews will be of 10 minutes duration and students are encouraged to attend with their parents.

Due to the increasing size of our cohort and the demand for interviews, we will be starting the interviews at 2.00 pm on all three days.  To facilitate the interviews, students will not attend Period 4 classes on these days.  Students can remain at QACI to work independently or, with your approval, may depart the Academy at 1.55 pm to work at home.  In the case that the student departs the Academy before 3.10 pm we ask that the student sign out upon departure, following normal procedures.

We strongly encourage the attendance of students with their parents at these interviews.

Parent-Teacher interview bookings are made online.  Booking information and log-on details will be posted to parents during the week of 18th March.  The booking website will open from Monday 25th March at 9.00 am until 9.00 am of the day of the interviews.  Interview times slots are limited so please book to ensure availability at times convenient to you.

If you encounter any problems please contact Client Services on 3552 9333 from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm from the day the database opens (please note that Client Services will be closed for the school holidays from Friday 28 March until Friday 12 April).
