Involving parents in their child’s education

The Academy community believes it takes "the whole village to educate a child".

As such a very active P&C association was established in 2006. This organisation has been very active working in partnership with the Academy leadership to establish the vision for the Academy and support the students. This support has been demonstrated at many levels from participation in festivals and events to strong participation in three parent teacher nights that extended over several evenings. The community is kept informed and involved in academy life by weekly news updates and more extensive student edited newsletter titled Intuitor.
