An animation to demonstrate vertical integration

A business can grow in many ways, either internally or externally.  One way to grow externally is through vertical integration – which links up the various stages of production from the raw material stage to the finished product stage, known as backward and forward vertical entegration.

In this animation, Mei has shown how Starbucks has achieved this.
